Wondering what qualifies as a prepared food or beverages? Here’s a reference to what we’re looking for:

• Prepared Foods – ready-to-eat meals, baked goods, savory snacks, and more
• Prepackaged Goods – sauces, spice blends, jams, pickles, and other shelf-stable treats
• Beverages – coffee, teas, juices, kombucha, and other non-alcoholic drinks

Vendor Selection Criteria

All applications for the ArtStop Market @ FUSION are carefully reviewed by our team. To create a vibrant and balanced food experience, priority is given to vendors who:

• Provide complete and proper documentation, including food permits and proof of insurance

• Use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible

• Offer food or beverages that are unique, high-quality, and add variety to the market

To maintain balance and avoid oversaturation, we may limit the number of vendors offering similar products (e.g., baked goods, beverages, sauces, etc.). Final selection and category limits are at the discretion of market management.

Booth Fee Support:

We understand that upfront costs can be a barrier for some vendors. If needed, vendors have the option to split their booth fee into two payments.

If you’d like to request a split payment or discuss additional support, please indicate this in your application or reach out to us directly—we’re happy to work with you to make participation possible.

Rules and regulations

Please review the following guidelines before submitting your application:

1. Booth Fee: A non-refundable booth fee is required once accepted. Payment instructions will be provided upon approval.
2. Setup & Breakdown: OUTDOOR BOOTHS ONLY, 10X10 SPACE. Vendors must arrive on time for setup and stay for the full duration of the market. Early breakdowns are not allowed.
3. Clean-Up: Vendors are responsible for cleaning their space and removing all trash and materials at the end of the market.
4. Permits & Insurance: All vendors must provide any necessary permits, licenses, or proof of insurance applicable to their products or services.
5. Product Approval: Only items listed and approved in your application may be sold. Management must approve any changes in advance.
6. Respect & Conduct: All vendors are expected to act respectfully toward fellow vendors, market staff, and attendees.
7. Weather: This is a rain-or-shine event. In case of unsafe conditions, vendors will be notified of any changes or cancellations.
8. Market Management: All decisions regarding vendor selection, booth placement, and conduct are made at the discretion of market management.
9. No-Show/No-Call Policy: Vendors who fail to show up without prior notice may not be invited to future markets and will be charged a $45 no-show fee. Cancellations made one (1) week prior to the event date will not be assessed a fee.
