Be part of the celebration at the Central Mass Irish Festival on Saturday, September 27, 2025! We’re looking for licensed beer, wine, and specialty alcohol vendors to help create a fun and festive atmosphere at one of the most anticipated events of the year.

This family-friendly festival draws hundreds of attendees from across the region for a full day of live music, food, games, and entertainment β€” a perfect opportunity to showcase your beverages to a wide and enthusiastic audience.

This September the best in Irish entertainment comes to The Robinson Broadhurst Foundation Performing Arts Amphitheater for the The 2025 Central Mass. Irish Festival. Three of New England's premiere Irish bands, dancers, harps, pipes and drums, Irish food and drink, Irish vendors, and an open trad seisun come together for an all day celebration of all things Irish in the heart of New England.

Terms & Conditions
1. Licensing and Permits:

Vendors must possess all necessary permits and licenses to sell alcohol in the Town of Winchendon, including a temporary alcohol license if required.
Copies of permits/licenses must be submitted with the application and displayed at the event.
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale and distribution of alcohol.
2. Responsible Service:

Vendors are responsible for verifying the legal drinking age of all customers (21+).
Alcohol may only be served in designated areas as defined by event organizers.
Over-serving or serving visibly intoxicated individuals is strictly prohibited.
3. Setup, Operations, and Cleanup:

Setup: Vendors may begin setup at 9:00 AM and must be ready to serve by 12:00 PM.
Operations: Alcohol service must cease at the designated event end time (9:00 PM).
Vendors are responsible for keeping their areas clean and disposing of waste properly.
4. Insurance Requirements:

Vendors must provide proof of general liability insurance that is required by the Town of Winchendon.
5. Liability and Indemnification:

The Town of Winchendon and event organizers are not responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or injury related to vendor operations.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Winchendon, event organizers, and affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from their participation.
By applying to be an alcohol vendor, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and/or denial of future applications.
