Brewery Pouring Partner
About the application
Walnut Creek Downtown invites you to be a part of our 2025 Oktoberfest! We partner with local beverage providers (breweries, wineries, etc.) to pour at the fall festival to promote your beverages and support our community event. Our brewery partners are placed in our Biergarten area near the main stage.
Brewery Agreement:
We ask you to agree to a buy one, donate one deal on kegs. On average each brewery will supply 6-10 kegs for the event. Each brewery donates (3-5) kegs and we will purchase up to (3-5) kegs from you. The kegs are to be 15.5 gal each and will be purchased at wholesale value and are not to exceed $200 per keg. If you choose to donate all of the kegs, WCD will feature you as an event sponsor. Please note: all pouring partners are required to participate in both days of the event, we cannot accept applications for only 1 day.
Event Details:
Please coordinate providing staff/representatives to pour your product at the event. If additional help is needed, reach out before the event and WCD will assist with providing volunteers. All staff in the booth must be 21+ and will be collecting pre-paid drink tickets from attendees. The event is from 5-10pm on Friday and 12-9pm on Saturday. Pouring partners can setup on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning and all booths must be ready by 4:30pm on Friday. Additional event information will be provided before the event.
We Provide:
- 10x10 Booth Space
- (5) 16lb bags of ice each day, additional ice can be purchased on-site
- Plastic Cups or attendee will purchase glass stein
- Your logo on event website and some mentions in event-related marketing (social media, digital, advertising)
You Provide:
- Pop-Up Tent (and tent weights)
- Event Supplies (tables, chairs, lighting, etc.)
- Pouring Supplies (Jockey Box, CO2)
- Banner
- Marketing materials
Donation Information:
The Community Partnership for Walnut Creek Downtown is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Walnut Creek Oktoberfest is a fundraiser for our organization and all income after expenses goes towards operating and growing our program, along with supporting our downtown businesses through advocacy, marketing, events, and beautification. We appreciate your help supporting our community and our mission through our events. Donations are subject to a tax write off, please check with your accounting for specifics. Tax ID #99-0817264.

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event property, the City of Walnut Creek, Walnut Creek Downtown, and any of their respective officers, directors, representatives, associates, agents, employees, and principals from any actions, claims, losses, damages, causes of action, liabilities, costs or expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising or resulting from your participation in Walnut Creek Oktoberfest.
