Terms & Conditions

This disclaimer applies to all applicants & participants of Fairytale Farm's events. Submitting this application is your electronic approval of the terms of the agreement. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. You will receive an email within one week of submission with your approval, rejection or waitlist status.

 

Fees

There is no fee to submit an application. Your card will only be charged if your application is approved. Once a card is charged, no refunds or event credits will be given. 

 

Booth Space

Vendor Booths are 10 x 10 outdoor space with location details assigned approximately two weeks prior to the vent. 

 

A limited number of indoor booth spaces may be available. If you prefer an indoor space, please note this in your application.

 

Liability

All participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their own insurance and liability coverage. Fairytale Farm, Catbird Events, and Winston Junction Market disclaim all liability.

 

Additional Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Vendors are required to supervise their own booth at all times. If left unattended, this could result in damage, theft, etc that are the full responsibility of the booth owner.

  2. Vendor is required to meet any permitting regulations for your type of product that may be required on local, state or federal levels.

  3. All outdoor vendors are required to have tents safely anchored at all times. A minimum of 25 pounds per leg is recommended. If a vendor fails to properly weight their tent, the event organizer will request that you take your tent down or weight properly for safety.

  4. Vendor is responsible for collecting and reporting all taxes as necessary and required for your specific business type.

  5. Vendor will not break down or leave before the event ends under any circumstance.

  6. Vendor understands that NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be given. (Under any circumstance).  If vendor has a change of plans or decides not to participate after payment is made, they do so with the knowledge that they will not receive a refund.

  7. Vendor agrees to promote and "share" event promotions.

  8. Vendor is required to follow all set-up, break-down, and parking procedures.

  9. Vendor understands this event is a rain or shine event and are expected to attend. No refunds or credits will be given because of weather conditions the day of the event.

  10. Fairytale Farm reserves the right to ask a vendor to leave an event and / or remove a vendor from future events if an issue arises and expectations are not met.

By submitting this application form, you as a potential vendor are acknowledging that you have received a copy of our legal disclaimer and agree to all terms that are contained within them if you are accepted to participate in the event.
