Greetings to all of our new and returning vendors!

 

The 2025 European Christmas Market planning is well underway and we're looking forward to working with vendors to create another exciting event for Saint Paul in 2025. Last year's Market attracted well over 200,000 visitors and the goal for the 2025 market is to bring in 250,000 (one quarter million) visitors!

 

In order to manage vendor information in 2025, the European Christmas Market (ECM) has partnered with Eventeny for online data collection and processing. We hope this will eliminate duplicate work both for our staff and vendors alike. If you find yourself having questions about the application process, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.

 

The event, now in its 12th year, will once again be held at Union Depot in downtown Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Kiosk Flat-fee pricing and discount:

ECM works diligently to make sure vendor kiosk fees are fair and comparable with other global Christmas markets. ECM does not use a percent-of-sales fee and therefore does not monitor individual vendor sales revenue. We use a flat fee instead, based on type of product and kiosk size. Additional a la carte items for your kiosk may be available at a later date and priced separately--look for eMail notifications.

 

Early bird pricing provides vendors with a discount if they make a payment of at least 50% of their kiosk price on or before Friday, June 20, 2025.

 

Payment timing:

There is no payment required with your application. Once your application is in the system, allow 1-2 weeks for approval. All approved vendors will be charged their booth fee on June 20, 2025. Vendors may choose to pay either 50% or 100% of their booth fee on June 20, 2025. The second 50% of the booth fee will be due on July 20, 2025 if not paid before. Once at least 50% of your booth fee is received your booth will be confirmed.

 

Because this event is made of many moving parts, ECM will contact you throughout the remainder of the year to keep you up-to-date on planning details that may affect you specifically. During this time we welcome any feedback and suggestions that you might have so that we can incorporate them into the planning process.

Terms & Conditions

Disclosure

All Vendors (including returning Vendors) participating in the 2025 Market are required to submit the Vendor Application and Agreement in its entirety in order to be considered. The European Christmas Market ("ECM") team will review completed applications and select Vendors to participate in this year's market. Vendor selection is based on what ECM needs to produce a community event keeping in line with its mission; not on a first-come, first-served basis. Although returning Vendors are never guaranteed a spot for future markets, previous experience and reputation with the market will be considered as a part of the approval process. Each product will be reviewed based on several criteria, including point of origin, handcrafted original design, uniqueness of products, products consistent with those sold at traditional European markets, and other pertinent criteria. ECM reserves the right to approve, refuse, and limit products sold at the market. A limited number of Vendors will be approved to sell certain products. Applicants are reviewed based on the entire range of products proposed to sell at the market. ECM is interested in products that are typically offered at Christmas markets throughout the world

 

Payment receipt is necessary to reserve your participation. Once approved by ECM for participation, all fees are non-refundable unless the 2025 Market is canceled before it begins.

Prices

FOOD BOOTH 13'x6' + Cooking Extension $9,900.00 Hot food vendor booth. Booth assignments will be determined by ECM according to the product and location of each vendor. Booth quantity is limited. If your application is accepted but your chosen booth size is unavailable, ECM will contact you to discuss your options.
Single Booth 10' Wide $3,600.00 Single booth, 10' wide. The depth of the booths vary between 6' and 8'. Booth assignments will be determined by ECM according to the product and location of each vendor. Booth quantity is limited. If your application is accepted but your chosen booth size is unavailable, ECM will contact you to discuss your options.
Single Booth 13'x6' $5,800.00 Booth assignments will be determined by ECM according to the product and location of each vendor. Booth quantity is limited. If your application is accepted but your chosen booth size is unavailable, ECM will contact you to discuss your options.

  • Vendor approval by ECM is only the first phase of participation in the European Christmas Market. Approval means that ECM has confirmed your spot in the market, based on factors such as prior results, product mix, overall suitability and uniqueness of product or service. The second phase of participation is based on meeting all regulatory and legal requirements set by the event site (Union Depot), the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County and the State of Minnesota, which is done through various permits, agreements and certificates, for example: Hold Harmless agreements (Union Depot), General terms and conditions, ST-19 forms, health & food safety certificates, vendor insurance, gas & electric hook-ups, etc. By checking the box, you indicate that you are responsible for submitting all necessary forms to the respective agencies in a timely fashion, and that failure to do so may result in those agencies suspending your participation.
