Selection Process:
Our team reviews applications within 48 hours. If approved, your registration fee will be processed—quick and easy!
Setup & Sales:
🚛 Setup begins 2 hours before the event—plenty of time to get ready!
💰 Sales run from 3 PM - 8 PM—and you keep 100% of what you earn (or raise, for nonprofits)!

All sales are final—no refunds will be issued for cancellations, weather conditions, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances. Vendor credit may be granted solely at our discretion if requested at least two weeks prior to the event. Vendors bear full responsibility for their property, sales, and outcomes, releasing The Melanin Market from liability. We champion collaboration and professionalism—public disparagement harms our collective mission. Vendors must provide their own setup unless otherwise arranged. While we provide exposure and opportunity, financial success is solely the vendor’s responsibility.
