About the application
Free Play Florida November 21-23, 2025 Vendor and Artist Application Vending at Free Play Florida gives you the chance to be a part of the largest gaming convention in Florida. You will have the opportunity to showcase your products to a dynamic group of pinball and gaming enthusiasts. Attendees appreciate all aspects of gaming, but they also enjoy retro and pop culture content. Our focus areas for vendors include pinball parts, classic video games, and gaming related merchandise. SPACE IS LIMITED. Sorry no food, drink, candy, or MLM vendors at this time. This year Free Play Florida is located in Orlando, FL. Please read all the content below as it will provide helpful information on how you can participate.
Vendor Space options:
Vendor Booth - $300
Includes a 10 x 10 space, 6 foot table, 2 chairs, 2 Vendor passes to Free Play Florida and listed on the FPF website vendor list
Artist Table - $200
Includes a 6 foot table, 2 chairs, 2 Vendor passes to Free Play Florida, and listed on the FPF website vendor list
**This is not a full booth space. This is a table with chairs in the game room.
While we will do our best to accommodate requests, floor location is not guaranteed. Vendor space sharing or subletting is prohibited. Vendors are responsible in ensuring their purchased space is adequate to contain their display and not encroaching on neighboring vendors, aisles, or games.
Jury Process Free Play Florida will be utilizing a Jury Process this year to assist in curating our participant vendors. We are looking to offer our attendees a variety of different items and services with a focus on gaming and pop culture. Notifications will go out to vendor applicants periodically leading /up to the event.
Since Free Play Florida is a gaming event, we can only offer a limited amount of vendor spaces. Any vendor not selected may be placed on the waitlist.
Payment In order to reserve your space, the 1/2 deposit payment is due 14 days after receiving your vendor acceptance email. Full payment will then be completed 30 days prior to the start of the event. If your payment is not received, you will forfeit your space.
Cancellation / No Show FPF must receive notification of cancellations at least 30 days in advance. Vendors who decide to “no show” without notifying Free Play Florida will not be eligible to participate at future events and forfeit their fee.
Hours of operation Vendor tables are expected to remain open for business throughout all three days of the event, during all posted operating hours. Delayed openings and premature closings are unacceptable.
Setup Information The show hall will be open for vendor setup Friday, November 21, 2025 starting at 10 AM. All vendors must check-in upon arrival to receive your table assignment and badges prior to unloading. Our team asks that each vendor is setup and ready for ticket holders no later than 3:30pm. The show hall will officially open at 4:00pm on Friday to ticket holders.
Other Information Restrooms are available in the lobby just outside the show floor. Vendors will have to pay for parking. ( Discounted Parking is available to Hotel Guests )

Terms & Conditions
I, the undersigned, agree to the terms and conditions of participating in Free Play Florida event hosted by Byte Amusement Group and release and hold harmless Byte Amusement Group from all claims, or action, which may hereafter occur by reason of any damage, loss or injury which may be sustained by the undersigned in consequences of being allowed to participate in Free Play Florida event. I also give Byte Amusement Group the right to use any photographs submitted by me or acquired from the internet for the purpose of advertising, web use and promotion of the show.Thank you for your interest in participating at Free Play Florida.
