Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
Please upload your Cert of Insurance under the Questions section. The wording for this can be found under Document templates, files, instructions, & waivers.
You will have to fill out all the health dept forms and submit them yourselves with this link:

You will receive a load-in email with all the information regarding setup and breakdown information on Monday, August 4, 2025. If you are a trailer you will have to unhitch your truck and park in the parking lot. There is free parking for vendors.
YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY WHEN WE APPROVE YOU. Payment is due at registration!
We do not give exclusivity and there are no refunds.
FESTIVAL SPOTS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.
