About the event
Terms & Conditions
Set up is Thursday March 5th after 12:00 Noon until 5 pm, Friday March 6th from 6 am until 2:30 pm, or on Saturday March 7th (7:00am – 8:00am). Vehicles must be parked in designated parking outside of the Event Field area by 2:30 pm on Friday or 8:30am on Saturday. Vehicles will not be allowed back onto the field until after the gates close.
You MAY set up your own tent in the PCBSF specified area and secure your equipment.
NO REFUNDS – Unless approved by the PCBSF Management.
I understand and agree that I will hold the Celtic Heritage Alliance, Inc. (CHA), or the Panama City Beach Scottish Festival (PCBSF) Operator, its members, and its insurance carrier harmless in the event that I personally suffer an injury or accident during the hours of setup, operation, and take-down of the Panama City Beach Scottish Festival. I (or my own insurance carrier) will pay my own medical bills and I will not file any claim against the CHA, PCBSF, or the Panama City Parks and Recreation organization(s) for any injury.
