Food Vendors (Friday)

Thanks for your interest in vending at Ithaca Reggae Fest! Vendors enhance the high-vibe experience of festival guests, and we appreciate your contribution. Please fill out all information below, and we'll follow up based on availability of space at this year's fest.

To vend at this year's festival, the following is required:

1. A copy of your certificate of insurance, naming Tea Leaves, Inc. & Ithaca Reggae Fest, LLC. as additional insured. 
2. A copy of your Health Department Certificate from the Tompkins County Department of Health (for TCHD permit guidelines, refer to their website:  https://www.tompkinscountyny.gov/health/eh/food)
3. If you operate a food truck: A copy of one of the following vending permits from the City of Ithaca (for questions call or email Scott Rougeau: 607-274-6579 / srougeau@cityofithaca.org)
   • Temporary Street Vending Permit
   • Seasonal Street Vending Permit
   • Annual Street Vending Permit
4. Your New York State Sales Tax ID Number
5. If you will be using solid, liquid or gas fired cooking/heating appliances, a permit is required from the Ithaca Fire Department (for questions call: 607-272-1234)
6. MARKETING MATERIALS: brand photo(s), logo, and brief description for festival promotions
7. A list of the names of the people who will be working with you at the festival
