Be part of the Eugene Springfield PRIDE 2025 Food Court and showcase your amazing culinary creations!Whether you're serving fresh, hot meals from a food truck or providing pre-packaged delights, this event is a fantastic opportunity to connect with thousands of attendees celebrating equality, diversity, and community!
We are offering two food court options:
Outdoor Food Court: Located in the vibrant outdoor courtyard, this space is perfect for food trucks, trailers, and vendors preparing fresh, hot food onsite. Limited power is available, and gas-powered generators are permitted.
Indoor Food Court: Situated near the main stage inside the Lane Events Center, this space offers great visibility and access to attendees. No open flames or frying are permitted indoors, and power access is limited.

About the event

1. Accuracy of Information
By submitting this application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2. Compliance with Rules
If accepted, you agree to follow all festival guidelines, including any directions provided by event coordinators. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund (if applicable).
3. Adherence to Laws and Regulations
You acknowledge that you must abide by all local, county, and state regulations, as well as the festival’s Code of Conduct and Non-Discrimination Policy.
4. Liability
The festival organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by applicants or participants. You accept full responsibility for your property and personnel.
5. Right of Refusal
The festival coordinators reserve the right to accept or refuse applications at their discretion. If your application is declined, you will be notified promptly.
6. Event Changes or Cancellation
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, public health restrictions), the festival coordinators may modify, postpone, or cancel the event. No liability shall be assumed by the organizers for any resulting losses.

| Inside Food Court | $400.00 | Non-refundable | 10x20 booth spaces, pipe and draped on three sides. No frying, open flames, or gas equipment allowed. Ideal for vendors with minimal equipment needs in a controlled indoor environment. |
| Inside and Outside Food Court | $700.00 | Non-refundable | For vendors who wish to operate in both areas, providing maximum exposure and flexibility. Must adhere to specific equipment restrictions indoors and can utilize full cooking methods outdoors. |
| Standard Power Outlet (500W) | $75.00 | Non-refundable | Provides a single 500-watt outlet, suitable for low-power equipment and basic electrical needs. |
| High-Power Circuit (2000W+, 20 Amp) | $110.00 | Non-refundable | Supports equipment with higher power requirements, delivering over 2000 watts on a 20-amp circuit. |
