This year, Grand Rapids Pride Festival is a 2-day event, taking place on June 21 & June 22. Your booth space fee is determined based on your organization's budget size and whether you are purchasing a booth space for 1 day or 2 days. We are able to verify budget size through public tax information, if necessary. Budget sizes have been split into 5 tiers:
- Budget Under $500,000
- Budget $500,000 - $1,000,000
- Budget $1,000,000 - $5,000,000
- Budget $5,000,000 - $10,000,000
- Budget Greater Than $10,000,000

Prices
| Budget Under $500,000 (2 days) | $375.00 | Budget Under $500,000 (2 days) means your organization's budget is less than $500,000 and you are purchasing a booth space for 2 days in the Family Fun Zone at Grand Rapids Pride Festival 2025. Each 10x10 vendor space will be provided (1) 8’ table and (2) chairs. Additional tables can be purchased at the festival at a cost of $10.00 each. Each vendor is responsible for retrieving their extra table if needed. Tents, canopies, table linens and skirts are not provided. Tent Weights: The City of Grand Rapids requires all tents and canopies to have weights on each leg. This ensures the safety of festival guests, staff, volunteers, and vendors in case of high winds or weather-related events. The Grand Rapids Pride Festival does not provide tent weights. There are numerous options available to use as tent weights, however, vendors may not use sand-related weights that can be dumped onto the street. | |
