Welcome! You are applying for a 10x10 Business/Commercial booth space for Grand Rapids Pride Festival 2025.

This year, Grand Rapids Pride Festival is a 2-day event, taking place on June 21 & June 22. Your booth space fee is determined based on your organization's budget size and whether you are purchasing a booth space for 1 day or 2 days. We are able to verify budget size through public tax information, if necessary. Budget sizes have been split into 5 tiers:
- Business Budget Under $500,000
- Business Budget $500,000 - $1,000,000
- Business Budget $1,000,000 - $5,000,000
- Business Budget $5,000,000 - $10,000,000
- Business Budget Greater Than $10,000,000
We are offering a discount on booth spaces for Queer Owned Businesses again this year! If you are a Queer Owned Business, please use code queerbiz25 to receive your discount! You can enter the code on the fourth step of the application at the top of the page.
*Disclaimer: 2 day vendor applications will receive priority approval. 1 day vendor applications will be waitlisted until May 1st and then approved based on availability of booth spaces left.

Prices
| Business Budget Under $500,000 (1 day) | $400.00 | Non-refundable | Business Budget Under $500,000 means your businesses budget is less than $500,000 and you are purchasing a booth space for 1 day at Grand Rapids Pride Festival 2025. Each 10x10 vendor space will be provided (1) 8’ table and (2) chairs. Additional tables can be purchased at the festival at a cost of $10.00 each. Each vendor is responsible for retrieving their extra table if needed. Tents, canopies, table linens and skirts are not provided. Tent Weights: The City of Grand Rapids requires all tents and canopies to have weights on each leg. This ensures the safety of festival guests, staff, volunteers, and vendors in case of high winds or weather-related events. The Grand Rapids Pride Festival does not provide tent weights. There are numerous options available to use as tent weights, however, vendors may not use sand-related weights that can be dumped onto the street. |
