About the application
Welcome to the City of Statham Sunflower festival . This is an outdoor event that is family friendly. We are looking for arts and crafts vendors that would like to sell their homemade, handmade goodies. No reselling of store bought merchandise.
We expect well over 1000 attendees.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
In consideration of vendor's participation in and selling at City sanctioned/sponsored event, vendor agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. All spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis upon approval. Vendor spaces will not be reassigned on the day of the event. There are limited spaces for rent. Vendors must bring their own tables, tents with weights and they need to have a table covering. We cannot guarantee duplications of merchandise, but will make every effort not to have an overabundance of the same type. Approved applications are non-refundable. 2. Set up will begin at 5:00 am of the event and should be completed 7:30. We will have time slots for arrival and also the night before for set up. Vendors should unload any goods, supplies, equipment and move their vehicle to the designated parking to reduce congestion. 3. Vendors are REQUIRED to clean up around their space after the market is done. There will be several trash containers provided in the festival space.
4. Vendors are not allowed to leave their booths unattended during the event. 5. If applicable, vendors intending to sell prepared and packed foodstuffs for resale must provide a copy of their current Georgia Department of Agriculture Food Sales Establishment License. These vendors must attest to the fact that they grow or buy from local growers at least one major ingredient in their product. Baked goods are exempted from this regulation, the Cottage Food License is accepted. 6. All Vendors shall comply with the sanitary rules and regulations of the County and State Health Department. All food must be properly displayed, fresh and prepared in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations. 7. All vendors must show respect to the community (our customers), other vendors and the event staff. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: alcohol, tobacco, vaping, knives, all contraband, pyrotechnical items, firearms and any items that realistically resemble firearms. If a vendor is observed selling product(s) that were not approved on the vendor application or by event staff, the vendor will be asked to stop selling that item immediately and will be considered in violation of the vendor agreement , face possible removal from the event or rejection from future events.

You are required to bring your own tent, weights, table covering, chairs and anything else needed for set up. If you need electricity, that is a separate charge. QUIET type generators are allowed BUT must be noted on your application. |
