This is the application and agreement for Non Profit Exhibitors to participate in the Cynthiana Honey Festival.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
1. Exhibitor commits to being present for their reserved booth space during the Festival and understands the following agreement points.
2. No electricity or water hookups will be provided or guaranteed accessible.
3. Exhibitor/Vendor/Food booths will be responsible for setting up your own booth, tear down, and cleanup of your booth area. You are only responsible for cleanup of your own booth area.
4. Neither the Cynthiana Honey Festival nor any of its agents will be responsible for any losses and/or damages that may occur in conjunction with the festival.
5. Setup for the festival will start at 7:00 am on September 13th, 2025 and cleanup is to be completed after the festival ends at 5:00 pm on September 13th, 2025.
6. The Cynthiana Honey Festival Board reserves the right to revoke this agreement for conduct which does not reflect the views and purpose of the Cynthiana Honey Festival, or failure to adhere to the booth rental agreement. Food/Exhibitors/Vendors not adhering will be asked to leave the premises and future participation in festivals may be denied.
