Fair Cover Art Application

**When completing the application, enter "N/A" in the Business field if you do not have a business name.**

We are seeking a "Waterford Scene" image for the 2025 Fair. This image, or portion of the image, will be used for the Fair booklet and other promotional materials (print and digital). 

Acceptable media: painting, drawing, digital and mixed media. Color preferred.

Entries should be produced after August of 2023. We will need a high resolution copy of the piece for reproduction but for submission purposes a lo-res image is fine. 

Submit up to four entries by April 4th, 2025. Please submit only if you have hi res images or can bring the piece to Waterford for images to be taken if your piece is selected.

If chosen, you will be given full credit for the image, a press release and social media posts will be issued about the piece and your art.

Artwork Release:  If selected, I/we grant permission to the Waterford Foundation (WF) to photograph and use, in part or whole, the above mentioned work of art image for Fair related printed and digital materials, and for the image to be reproduced for publicity related to the Fair through September 15, 2026.

Examples of uses include and are not limited to: Fair booklet cover, website, and social media posts.  

Owner and representative will receive copies of the digital image(s) of the piece from the WF.

Credit for use of the image, short artist bio, provided by the Owner, and a link to their website or social media account will be posted on the Fair website through September 15, 2026.
