Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

All spots are non refundable. By reserving a space you may cause another vendor to be denied. We encourage you to apply early as our spots fill quickly! For this we are so thankful to each and every one of you!! We are so excited to share another wonderful year with you at the CMFF 2025!!! 

Food Vendors- ensure you have your health department inspections on your trucks, and you are up to date. Food tents: be aware that health department inspections happen the morning of the festival, if you have any questions, please contact Tiffany Tong at 606.269.3084 and I am happy to guide you and answer any questions you may have if you are new to this!  A reminder; we are limited on our 240 outlets- outlets are given on a first come, first serve basis by request in your application. You need to include on your application what you are requesting.  110 outlets- you will be granted 1- 110 outlet with the price you pay. If you need additional, it is a $25.00 additional charge. Please- to keep from throwing breakers make sure you bring a thick outdoor extension cord or you can throw your breaker and food spoil.
