Terms & Conditions

Submission of application does not guarantee a vendor space at the Solo and Small Firm Conference.
Set up for vendor booths may begin at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16th.
All items must be removed and packed up by 5pm on Friday, July 18th.
Submission is for one 6' x 30" table. Linens will NOT be provided at this venue.
Any items requiring shipping to and from the venue may be an additional cost determined by the venue and will be billed separately.
Application acceptance will include:
- 1 table in the pre-function area
- Inclusion in the visit our vendors pre-conference email
- Inclusion as an optional space on the vendor scavenger hunt given to all participants.

A waitlist may be used depending on the number of submissions.
If selected, vendors must follow all venue rules and OBA policies.
