Event Details: September 20, 2025 | 12p-6p | Fair Oaks Park Vendors in this category are limited to booths that provide a ride or experience for event attendees. All attraction & experiential booths must purchase in increments of 10’x10’ booth space dependent on size on attraction footprint.

Join the Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District for the 20th annual Fair Oaks Chicken Festival. Free general admission. Enjoy live music, a food court presented by SactoMoFo, craft and community vendor booths, a kid's area, craft and domestic beer sales presented by Rotary Club of Fair Oaks, a Cluck n' Crow contest presented by the Kiwanis Club of Orangevale-Fair Oaks, Cornhole Tournament presented by the Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce , community spirit, and much more!

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.  Additional insurance may be required depending on the attraction.

Prices

Application Fee $25.00 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application and processing fee for those accepted into the event. Fee will be automatically charged upon acceptance. Those who are not accepted will not be charged.
10x10 Attraction & Entertainment Booth $475.00 Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Vendor must purchase the number of booth spaces needed to display product. Example: 1 booth = 10x10, 2 booths = 10x20, 3 booths = 10x30, and so on. After 9/1/25 booth fee is non-refundable.
