Kid's Park Activity Booth - $25

Event Details: September 20, 2025 | 12p-6p | Fair Oaks Park Vendors in this category are limited to non-profits, community groups, and businesses that will host a Kid’s HANDS ON ARTS & CRAFTS PROJECT BOOTH or CARNIVAL GAME. NO SALES or SOLICITING are allowed. All Activity Booths will be located in the Kid’s Park and must adhere to the following requirements:1. Supply a hands on Arts & Crafts project that can be taken with the child once completed OR a Carnival Game the child may play to win a prize. Please note: Coloring Pages or Small Spin to Win Wheels or similar will not be accepted.2. Vendor is responsible for bringing all supplies, equipment, prizes, etc. The FORPD District has a limited # of Carnival Games that can be borrowed (please email Mary at mstoakley@forpd to inquire what is available).3. Vendor should plan to have enough supplies and prizes for a minimum of 1,000 children.4. The Arts & Crafts project or Carnival Game shall be the main focus of the booth. However, the vendor may market themselves with a banner or signage at their booth and hand out a flyer or marketing material on their offerings.

No exceptions. 2.Vendor is responsible for bringing all supplies, equipment, prizes, etc. The FORPD District has a limited # of Carnival Games that can be borrowed (please email Mary at mstoakley@forpd to inquire what is available). 3.
