Welcome to Mule Camp! This application is for Non-Profit Organizations/Civic Groups. Two booth maximum.  Additional details for vendor setup time and location will be announced before October 1st. 

About the event

Since 1993, the Gainesville Jaycees have operated Mule Camp Market. In the years since Mule Camp has grown into a regional fall festival with crowds of over 75,000 for the annual 3-day event. During the second weekend in October, visitors enjoy a wide array of craft vendors, and children's activities, feast on delicious food and cap it all off with community concerts.

Terms & Conditions

  • Mule Camp Market makes final interpretation of all rules.
  • No refunds will be given if you do not show, must cancel, or are removed for any reason. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the festival may be terminated at the discretion of the Mule Camp directors or government officials.
  • No refunds for bad weather.
  • No guarantees on booth location.
  • No soliciting or displays outside your vendor space.
  • You must keep your area clean during and after the festival.
  • No driving to your booth during the festival without permission from police or a Mule Camp director.
  • No manufactured products, kit jewelry, production clothing, art supplies, or any other bought-for-resale or non-homemade item may be sold.
  • No sound equipment (such as speakers, stereos, or instruments) are allowed.
  • No alcoholic beverages.
  • No food or drink sold by a non-food vendor except with prior written permission of a Mule Camp director.
  • No paintings reproduced from the works of masters, from advertisements, or widely circulated photographs or offset prints.
  • No dealer or agent may stand in proxy for artists.
  • Applicants are responsible for collecting and reporting 7% Georgia sales tax information.
  • No materials or activity that detracts from the theme of the festival.

Prices

10x10 Booth $350.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
Electrical Outlet $100.00 Non-refundable Vendors are limited to 1 drop cable per vendor and you must supply your own 100' ft 12 gauge drop cord (120v 15 amp only). Overloading of circuits may require you to reduce your load capacity. *Please note: Vendors operating heat presses or high draw appliances will need to bring their own generator*
