Your booth is INCLUDED with your sponsorship - any issues or questions, please call 907.738.9047.  Booth size/location upgrades are available.

I understand the risks involved and do hereby release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have now or hereafter against the Granville County Beekeepers Association, its sponsors, and committee members.  In addition, I release these organizers from loss, damage, injury, or liability for any nature which may be sustained by me or my staff. 
 
I agree to assume responsibility for any property which we may damage in connection with the Bee Jubilee. 
I acknowledge that I am responsible for meeting and following NC State and Granville County food, animal, and tax rules and regulations.

I grant the Granville County Beekeepers Association, its representatives and volunteers the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the Bee Jubilee event. I authorize its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that the Granville County Beekeepers Association may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
