Looking to showcase your brand, art, food, or products in the heart of Downtown Fresno? Why Not Wednesdays is your chance to connect with the community, boost your business, and be part of a growing cultural movement.

Location: Fresno to Mono, Downtown Fresno

Pricing:

  • $100 - 10x20
  • Minor entrepreneur's booth fees are waived - please indicate if you are a minor in the special requests/comments section of the application. 

 

Important Notes:

  • Space is limited, so apply early!
  • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup (tables, chairs, lighting, etc.).
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee placement—selections are based on variety, space availability, and event alignment.
  • Vendors will be notified of acceptance and assigned a space prior to the event.

About the event

Every third Wednesday of the month, get ready for fun with food trucks, vendors, live music, art, and of course local downtown businesses! Partnering with local businesses, vendors, event planners, and the City of Fresno, we all aim to bring the community together for unforgettable nights of entertainment and culture. Fulton Street will be transformed into a vibrant street fair from Mono to Fresno Streets, filled with the best of what Fresno has to offer. Terms & Conditions

Why Not Wednesdays Vendor Application Terms and Conditions

1. Payment: Full payment is required upon acceptance to secure your spot.*NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED*

2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event.

3. Setup and Breakdown: Vendors must adhere to the designated setup and breakdown times. Late arrivals may forfeit their space without a refund.

4. Space Allocation: Vendor spaces are assigned by the event organizers. Specific location requests are not guaranteed.

5. Compliance: All vendors must comply with local health, safety, and fire regulations. Food vendors are required to have proper permits and insurance.

6. Liability: Vendors agree to hold harmless the City of Fresno, event organizers, Downtown Fresno Partnership, and all associated parties from any liability, damage, or injury during the event.

7. Behavior: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

10x5 Table $25.00 Non-refundable This space is designed for small businesses or nonprofit organizations that don't require a full 10x10 booth. Located on the side streets of Kern or Inyo, rather than the main Fulton footprint, these spaces are offered to help start-ups and small businesses and artists/makers to participate in the event at a more accessible level. It’s a great opportunity for businesses looking for a smaller, more flexible option to get involved and gain exposure within the community.
