About the application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the St. Paddy's Day Weekend Celebration here in the Lake Norman Social District!

We are accepting a limited amount of vendors for this event including artists & craftsman, small businesses and sweet treat vendors. 

This application is for the Luck 'O The Irish Vendor Village on SATURDAY MARCH 15 from 3-8pm. (This is a multi-day event so there are opportunities to become a vendor on Sun Mar 16 on a separate application) No electricity is provided / available for this event.  Acceptance response notifications will begin to be issued Feb 28 through the deadline Mar 9.

PADDY'S DAY WEEKEND CELEBRATION in the heart of the LKN Social District! 🍀🍻 Last year was legendary—and this time, we're turning things up a notch with even more live music, food trucks, GREEN BEER, and now…cocktails! 📅 Saturday, March 15 (3 PM – Midnight) & Sunday, March 16 (12 PM – 10 PM) 🔥 The OTPH patio will be rockin’ all weekend with outdoor games, drink specials, and the return of the Luck 'O The Irish Vendor Village! 🍀 What’s in store? ✅ Live Bands all weekend ✅ Food Trucks & Dessert Vendors ✅ Craft Brews from our friends at Lost Worlds Brewing ✅ Luck 'O The Irish Vendor Village ✅ Green Beer & Cocktails ✅ Games, Giveaways & Plenty of Shenanigans! Catawba Ave. will be buzzing, so stop by our friends at The Coffeeshop to fuel up before posting up at OTPH for one of the biggest celebrations of the year! Grab your crew, throw on some green, and cheers to St. Paddy’s in LKN! 🍻☘️

Terms & Conditions

 

  • Vendor spaces are typically 10’x10’ and exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own materials including tent, tables, chairs, etc.

  • Due to the limited amount of spaces, vendor application fees are nonrefundable after the application deadline of March 9. 

  • NOTE: YOU WILL ONLY BE CHARGED IF YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED.
