Shop Black Fest – Nashville 2025We’re excited to welcome you to Shop Black Fest Nashville 2025! This application is for regular vendors (non-food/drink) operating from an 8x6 indoor booth. Food trucks will be stationed outside.
Event Details:? Date: November 29, 2025
? Location: To be announced
? Indoor Event – No need to bring tents.
? No booth sharing. Each vendor must have their own approved space.
? No early departures. Vendors who leave before the event ends will be fined $50 and prohibited from future festivals.
? All products must be approved. No unauthorized sales of prohibited items.

?? Display racks, product stands, or necessary setup for your business
?? Signage and branding materials
? Setup begins 3 hours before the event start time. Vendors must be fully set up at least 30 minutes before the event begins.
? Late arrivals will forfeit their booth without a refund.
? Parking details will be provided closer to the event.

Shop Black Fest Vendor Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application to Shop Black Fest 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Application Process & Approval
- Vendors will receive an approval or denial email within two (2) weeks of submitting their application.
- If your application is not approved, your vendor fee will be refunded, minus the non-refundable application fee.
- All approved vendors must complete payment in full to secure their spot.
2. Refunds, Cancellations & Date Changes
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or missed events.
- Vendors who need to switch event dates must pay a $75 date change fee.
- Shop Black Fest reserves the right to deny, remove, or cancel any vendor for failure to comply with event policies.
3. Setup, Breakdown & Vendor Conduct
- Setup starts 3 hours before the event. All vendors must be fully set up at least 30 minutes before start time.
- Late vendors will forfeit their space and will not be allowed to set up.
- No early breakdowns. Vendors who leave before the event ends will be fined $50 and banned from future events.
- Vendors must keep their area clean and dispose of all trash properly.
4. Space Assignments & Booth Sharing
- Vendor spaces are pre-assigned before the event.
- Booth sharing is strictly prohibited. Each vendor must have their own space and application.
- Mobile businesses (food trucks, boutiques, etc.) must fit within the assigned 25-ft space limit and trailers must unhitch their vehicle to park separately.
5. Weather Policy & Event Changes
- Shop Black Fest is a rain-or-shine event.
- In the case of severe weather, the event may be rescheduled, and vendors will be notified. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related changes.
6. Licensing, Insurance & Food Vendor Requirements
- Food and beverage vendors MUST be licensed and insured. No exceptions.
- Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or approvals required for their business.
- Vendors must comply with all local, state, and health department regulations.
7. Liability & Indemnification
- Vendors participate in Shop Black Fest at their own risk.
- Shop Black Fest, its organizers, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damages incurred before, during, or after the event.
- Vendors agree to hold harmless Shop Black Fest, its staff, venue, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities.
8. Marketing & Promotion
- Vendors grant Shop Black Fest permission to use their business name, logo, and product images for promotional purposes.
- Shop Black Fest does not guarantee sales or foot traffic but provides an opportunity for vendors to showcase their business.
9. Communication & Inquiries
- All official communication will be via email at support@shopblackfest.com.
- It is the vendor’s responsibility to check their email and respond promptly to any event-related messages.
By submitting an application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.
