Celebrate the season at Wildside Winery’s Christmas Market, a two-day holiday shopping experience featuring talented artists, crafters, and food vendors! Set in our beautiful vineyard, this festive market is the perfect place to find unique, handcrafted gifts while enjoying a glass of warm mulled wine and embracing the holiday spirit.

 

Vendor spaces are available both indoors and outdoors, with assignments made upon arrival based on availability. Vendors can select from the remaining spaces at check-in. 

 

Guests can explore a variety of artisan-made goods, seasonal décor, and delicious treats, making this a must-visit holiday shopping destination. Whether you create handmade crafts, gourmet foods, or festive treasures, this is a great opportunity to showcase your work to a crowd ready to shop for the season.

About the event

Christmas Market will have a limited number of booth spaces available to artist, craft and food vendors! If you would like to participate in this event, we invite you to apply online. We will process applications as quickly as possible as the market is approaching soon! We hope to have wood crafters, painters, jewelry makers, potters, quilt makers and all other types of artist/crafts people. The owners of the winery are lovers of all things hand crafted and hope to host you! Vendor spaces will likely be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces depending on the weather and the number of applications received. Those setting up indoors are not guaranteed a full 10x10 as space may not allow for that. We will however provide a beautiful, weather appropriate space for you to display your wares. We will also accept a variety of food vendors. Each category of food will be limited to one vendor, so apply soon to get your spot! ​ Booth spaces are only $100 each. If we are unable to accommodate you at the market, refunds will be provided in the amount of $90. This allow us to cover cost of time, effort and credit card processing fees. ​ Questions? Wildside Winery Christmas Market 2025 – Vendor Terms & Conditions

By submitting an application and participating as a vendor at the 2025 Christmas Market at Wildside Winery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Dates & Hours
  • Saturday, December 6, 2025: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday, December 7, 2025: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Vendors are expected to be open and operational during all event hours.
2. Vendor Setup & Breakdown
  • Setup begins at 9:00 AM each day.
  • Spaces are assigned upon arrival based on availability. Vendors may select from remaining spaces at check-in.
  • All vendors must be fully set up by 11:30 AM each day. Late arrivals may forfeit their space without a refund.
  • Vendors must remain open for the duration of the event and may not begin breakdown before the market closes.
  • Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their space before departure each day.
3. Vendor Spaces
  • A mix of indoor and outdoor spaces is available.
  • Spaces are not reserved in advance; they are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at check-in.
  • Wildside Winery does not provide tables, chairs, or tents. Vendors must bring their own setup materials.
  • Tents must be properly secured with weights. Staking is not permitted on winery grounds.
4. Products & Sales
  • All vendors must sell handmade, handcrafted, or unique artisan goods, food, or specialty items. Resale of mass-produced or third-party products is not permitted.
  • Wildside Winery reserves the right to deny applications that do not align with the market's theme or quality standards.
  • Vendors are responsible for handling all sales transactions, including their own cash, credit card processing, and taxes.
  • Any vendor selling food items must comply with local health department regulations and obtain necessary permits, if required.
5. Fees 
  • Vendor fees are non-refundable and due upon acceptance.
  • If the event is canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, Wildside Winery will make every effort to reschedule.
6. Conduct & Liability
  • Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward guests, fellow vendors, and Wildside Winery staff.
  • Alcohol sales or distribution by vendors is strictly prohibited. Wildside Winery is the sole provider of alcoholic beverages on-site.
  • Wildside Winery is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property, equipment, or goods.
  • Vendors agree to hold harmless Wildside Winery, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the event.
7. Parking & Load-In/Out
  • Vendors may unload in designated areas but must move vehicles to the designated parking lot immediately after unloading.
  • No vehicles will be allowed in the event area during market hours.
8. Agreement to Terms

By submitting an application and participating in the Wildside Winery Christmas Market 2025, vendors acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

Prices

Application fees $25.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
10x10 Booth $120.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
