Registration fee is $100 ($75 GTIG, $25 Village of Goodrich FT Application fee), Your spot is not held until payment and required paperwork is received,Much time is spent placing each truck in a space that will make the day most profitable for them. We do our very best to not book two of the same vendors. Vendors are booked on a first come first serve basis. Applicant Checklist (copies to be provided with application) Application must be emailed or mailed and received at least 2 weeks before the event date for consideration.___ Payment___ Insurance Certificate___ Health Department License or Certificate (if applicable for your county)___ Letter of Intent (see documents below)___ Certification of Fire Extinguisher/Suppression – Picture of extinguisher with date___ Michigan Special Transitory Food Unit or Mobil License___ Hold Harmless Certificate (attached) (Input your business name in blanks, mailing address & sign · Food Truck parking spot# will be provided 2 weeks prior to event.· Food trucks must be self-contained. No electrical access will be provided.· Important Information will need to provide a sign with your food items with clearly visible prices.
