Terms & Conditions

Vendors who choose a PREMIUM Space will be allowed the option to vend on Friday night during the Kick Off Party for an additional $25. FOOD VENDORS: you will be REQUIRED to use Coca-Cola for your beverage products. You will be connected with our local distributor to purchase those products and they will be delivered on-site. FOOD Vendors will also need to upload a completed temporary non-profit food service permit application before application is completed. ALL Vendors will need to upload at least one photo before completing the application. Please read all rules and regulations carefully and complete all sections of the application. Vendor acceptance will be based on uniqueness, variety, pricing and availability. Payment must be made in order for a vendor application to be complete.

Premium Arts & Crafts (12x12) SOLD OUT Non-refundable A Premium space is space that is located closest to the Main Stage. Size is 12x12, same as other locations.
Friday Night Vendor (open to Premium Vendors only) $25 Non-refundable Friday night vending is only available to those who chose to be a Premium Vendor and is an additional cost.
Standard Arts & Crafts (12x12) $105 Non-refundable A standard space is 12x12 and could be located in any area of the park.
Extra Space (12') $50 Non-refundable An additional 12' of space.
Power $25 Non-refundable Limited power is available and an additional cost.
Water $25 Non-refundable Limited water is available and is an additional cost.
