Please fill out this form to be considered to participate as a Food Truck at the 2025 Music is Art Festival. Typical attendance throughout the day ranges between 20,000 - 30,000 people.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
If you are chosen to participate, a $500 fee will be charged on September 12.
Food trucks must be onsite 9/20 by 10am and ready to begin serving by 11am. We ask that food trucks stay until the event concludes at 11pm as it is too dangerous to drive through the crowds to exit.
The Music is Art Festival is a rain or shine event and no refunds will be given.
We are unable to provide electrical access, so please plan accordingly.
Food trucks are responsible for their own Erie County Health Department permits and any other applicable permits and insurances. A $40 fee is already included in your participation fee for the City of Buffalo temporary stand permit, and Music is Art will obtain these permits on your behalf.
Food trucks shall indemnify and hold harmless Music is Art, their respective agents, staff, and volunteers for any all all liability for negligence which may arise as a result of this event.
