About the application
Apply for consideration to be a displaying visual artist at the 2025 Music is Art Festival. This is a juried category and we only have so many spots to give out. Should you not be chosen as an artist for the event, you will be given the opportunity to reapply as a vendor.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Displaying visual artists must provide their own 10x10 tent and bring tables if possible. We will do our best to provide a table, but can't guarantee it for everyone.
If accepted, you will be charged a fee of $35 to cover your City of Buffalo Temporary Stand Permit for the day. Music is Art will obtain the permit on your behalf. Permits will be available at the box office on 9/20 should you like a copy.
If you will be selling your work, you are responsible to display and collect NYS Sales Tax.
