Summer Concert Series Food Truck (July 24)

Prepare to groove and sing along with us as we unveil the fantastic lineup for the 2025 Summer Concert Series! Every Thursday night from June 5 through August 7, head to Aaron Bessant Park for a free musical experience starting at 7 pm. This event welcomes everyone for a night of fun. Bring your friends, pack a picnic, or grab dinner from the local food truck vendors, and get ready to enjoy live music under the stars. Grab your favorite blanket or lawn chair and get ready to immerse yourself in a diverse range of musical genres, from soulful jazz to upbeat pop hits, and everything in between. The Summer Concert Series promises to deliver unforgettable performances by local talents and renowned artists. Whether you're a music enthusiast or just looking for a relaxing evening out, this event caters to all tastes and ages. As the sun sets and the melodies fill the air, let the music move you and create lasting memories with loved ones. Requirements

1.        A fee of $100.00 reserves a 15 x 15 ft. area for your business for each concert date. Vendors can select all (10) dates or any number of dates. Cost includes the opportunity to sell up to (1) exclusive main food item. Once the (6) exclusive food items are spoken for, an exclusive food list will be emailed out to all vendors.  No exclusive food items may be sold by more than one vendor during the entire summer concert series.  

2.       All food/beverage sales and setup must be within your assigned booth area.  No Exceptions. 

3.       No food items in shells.  Example: Unpeeled shrimp/crawfish, peanuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds, etc.

4.       Food/drink vendor booths must agree to be open 30 minutes before and stay open until the end of the concert.

5.       You must clean your area and dispose of all waste products. 

6.       All vendors must provide insurance per the requirements in Exhibit A. 

7.       Vendors are responsible for meeting all state health and food codes per Health Department for Temporary Food Service and all licensing and permitting requirements. This includes obtaining a Panama City Beach business license. 

8.       The City of Panama City Beach reserves the right to accept or deny any applicant or item(s) offered for sale.  Items for sale cannot change without approval.

9.       If you are not able to make a scheduled event, please contact the Event Coordinator (Kylie Savage-Coffey). NO refunds under any circumstances. 

10.    The City will not provide anything for your area. No tables, chairs, or extension cords. Some power will be available. 

11.    No Political Campaigning allowed.

12.    All vendors are required to display their vendor permit & are responsible for paying their 1% sales tax each month to the City of Panama City Beach.  If you do not pay your 1% monthly, you will not be able to set up at the concerts until you have paid.

13.    Vendors may only sell Pepsi products per the Preferred Vendor Agreement that began on January 9, 2020.
