2025 Commerical Vendor Application
About the application
All exhibitors need to fill out this application for EACH each space that is a non-adjoining space, or a separate booth/ trailer you are requesting to bring to the fair. Applications will be approved based on available space, and the need/desirability for the product offered. It is possible to request more that 1 spot however, it is possible you may only be approved for 1 due to the lack of space. Decisions for approval and acceptance to the fair will be done on or before April 7, 2025. All decisions will be made by a committee and the decisions of the Agricultural Society are final.
Some of the spaces for those that have been here in the past may change. The fair is working to optimize the most of the fair grounds so you may not have the same exact spot as you had in the past. We will do our very best to accommodate you and your needs. You will be required to pay the deposit for the space when checking out. You will then be issued an invoice for the remaining balance that must be paid by June 30, 2025, any unpaid balances will be charged to the card on file if not paid by 6-30-2025 You will be able to pay it all on line as we encourage you to do so.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
A list of items to be sold or advertised must be attached to the contract and only those items will be permitted. No inappropriate material to be sold to include the sale of squirt guns, laser pointers or toy guns/weapons in general. There is to be no display of the confederate flag on the fair grounds as a flag, shirt, hat or otherwise. Fair Directors reserve the right to determine what is appropriate. Please attach a picture of your vender trailer or tent (if used). you will be required to have someone at your spot during the open hours of the fair. Failure to do so could result in you forfeiting your spot for the next year. NOTE: A copy of your insurance must be on file with your contract or you will be prohibited from doing business on the grounds. This privilege is accepted upon condition that the business above stated to be conducted in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Society, and further that the Exhibitor pledges to the foresaid Society and all structures occupied or erected by him/her or all the goods, implements or appurtenances which are used in transacting the business to which this privilege of offering the same at public auction, and apply enough of the proceeds from such sale to the discharge of the amount due. The location for said privilege to be assigned by the committee, and the business running such privilege to be conducted to the satisfaction of the committee. Acceptance of this contract on the part of the fair board will be taken as evidence of acceptance. Society assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of lessee’s property. Contract subject to lessee securing license from Dept. of AG. Of the state of Ohio (if required).

Once purchased these tickets will be emailed to you and you will then have to either print them or email them to the people that need them. Each ticket is for one admission. Each worker will need a ticket to enter the fair. |
