ARTISAN FOODS:
Vendors who sell food products they have personally prepared significantly changed the form or value but did not grow or raise the ingredients themselves. Items include baked goods, preserved foods, bread, pasta, jam, spreads, cider, syrups, salsas, smoked or canned meats or fish, dried fruit, flours, condiments, and oils. Artisan foods must be made from raw ingredients. The vendor must have taken part in personally baking, canning, or preserving the items in a permitted facility. Artisan Food Vendors must provide all the necessary documents per the State of Alaska.
Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce will not provide water or electricity.
IMPORTANT: It is recommended that you bring dollies and other items to assist with the loading and unloading process. *Booth spaces are subject to change.* Please fill out the vendor application and wait for the approval. Upon receiving approval for your application, you will then be assigned your booth location, and your pay for your booth will be automatically charged.
NOTE: You will not have a reserved space at the event until your booth space has been paid for in full. This is an electronic agreement; by paying the fee and submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Terms & Conditions
LIABILITY AND POLICY VIOLATIONS
1. The Vendor and their designee[s] are solely responsible for lost goods or foods due to any cause including, but not limited to simple loss, water damage, fire, theft, vandalism, or an act of God.
2. The Vendor and their designee[s] will hold the Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce and the City of Palmer, and the Mat-Su Borough harmless for any damages caused by any injury sustained to their employees or any member of the public during the Arts &Craft Fair.
3. Officers and Directors of the GPCC reserve the right to refuse space to any individual, group, or organization, which in their opinion is in poor taste or does not align with the mission and values of the GPCC. If action by a Vendor requires cancellation of space during the Arts & Craft Fair, the Vendor will be required to remove everything immediately and vacate the building. The Vendor will forfeit any fees paid without refund.
4. Concerns about another Vendor and/or customer must be reported to GPCC staff for mediation and resolution. Under no circumstances are vendors permitted to touch the property or persons associated with another Vendor with express permission. Harassment of any nature, including verbal, will not be tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion of the responsible Vendor. Violations of this policy are grounds for immediate dismissal from the event and future events.
5. Violations of the terms of this Handbook are subject to documentation and consequence[s]. Violations will be documented in an Incident Report by the GPCC and initialed by both the GPCC Staff, Officers, or Directors and the Vendor to acknowledge the breach in policy. Incident Reports will be kept on file with the GPCC staff and may prevent a Vendor from participating in future GPCC events, either by nature or number of incidents.
6. The GPCC provides equal opportunities to all Vendors and applications to GPCC markets and events and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
7. The Vendors shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including health and safety requirements, permits, and licensing requirements.
