About the application
Thank you for your interest in being a food truck vendor at Wake Forest's 2nd Annual Pride Celebration!
Last year we had between 2,500-2,750 people attend and we expect even more this year!
This event will be held in Downtown Wake Forest (E Owens Ave & S. Brooks St)
We will have handmade items by artists, food trucks, entertainment, a kid zone, and more!
Applications are due by September 5th. And will be approved on a rolling basis.

You will be notified by email, and if approved your card on file charged.

Terms & Conditions
Food Truck Vendor Responsibility and Liability
Vendors are responsible for the security of their booths and belongings. Wake Forest Pride and the Town of Wake Forest are not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss to vendor property.
Vendors are responsible for the actions of their employees, volunteers, and representatives.
Vendors agree to release and hold harmless Wake Forest Pride, the Town of Wake Forest, their employees, and Board of Directors from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage suffered or incurred by the vendor, their employees, volunteers, or representatives during Wake Forest Pride Fest, including setup, teardown, and the event itself.
Vendors further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the aforementioned entities from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs (including attorney's fees), arising from or related to the vendor's participation in the event, including any injury or damage to persons or property caused by the vendor, their employees, volunteers, or representatives.
Food Truck Vendor Restrictions and Requirements
Mobile Food Unit Permit must be submitted with application.
Wake Forest Pride reserves the right to revoke the participation of any vendor whose products, services, or branding conflict with the values of diversity, inclusivity, and respect that the event promotes.
Food Trucks must have wedges for their wheels.
For the safety and flow of attendees, trucks must be detached from towing vehicles and parked in the designated vendor parking area. Towing vehicles must be moved to the designated parking lot for the duration of the event.
No electricity will be provided to vendors.
Vendors must attend the entire festival. Early breakdown or late arrival is not permitted.
Set-up times and breakdown procedures will be communicated to vendors in advance.
Product and Service Information
Vendors must provide a detailed menu with pricing information as part of their application.
Vendors are encouraged to offer options for attendees with dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.).
Vendors must clearly display prices for all items.
Waste Disposal
Vendors are responsible for proper disposal of all waste generated during the event. Recycling and composting should be utilized where available.
Application and Fees
A non-refundable $5 application fee is required with each application.
Upon approval, a $100 vendor fee plus applicable Eventeny fees will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
This event is rain or shine. Vendor fees are non-refundable, as costs associated with organizing the event are incurred regardless of weather.
Cancellations made more than one month prior to the event may be eligible for a 50% refund of the vendor fee, upon written request via Eventeny messaging.
Cancellations made within one month but more than 72 hours prior to the event may be eligible for a 10% refund of the vendor fee, upon written request via Eventeny messaging.
No refunds will be given for cancellations within 72 hours of the event.
In the event of festival cancellation due to circumstances beyond the control of Wake Forest Pride (e.g., extreme weather), a partial refund of the vendor fee may be issued at the discretion of Wake Forest Pride.
