This application is for food vendor consideration for the 2025 Finger Lakes GrassRoots Festival, to be held July 17-20. A $50 application will be charged at the time of submission.

INSURANCE CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS:
General Liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate
Finger Lakes GrassRoots Festival named as additional insured FEES:
If accepted, you will be sent an invoice from Eventeny to pay upon receipt.
CLEANING SECURITY DEPOSIT:
$250. This is returned to you via PayPal after you leave the festival if your refuse is properly disposed of and your space is left clean. You will be invoiced separately for the security deposit.
WORKER FESTIVAL PASSES:
Your booth fee includes 4 weekend tickets. You may purchase as many other tickets as you like through our regular festival box office. Please find ticket price details on this website. All price guidelines will apply to food vendors, early bird prices will only be available during normal early bird dates. Tickets will no longer be available through the food vendor coordinator.
DUE DATES:
Applications are due April 15th. You will be notified of your acceptance by mid April. Booth fees are due upon receipt of acceptance, and you will be invoiced directly.
CAMPING:
Camping space is not provided to food vendors or their staff to camp onsite during the festival. If you or your staff need camping, it must be purchased online at grassrootsfestorg/camping. Feel free to call the office with any questions about this. (607-387-5098)
HEALTH PERMIT:
You must have your permit on file with the Tompkins County Health Department at least 2 weeks prior to the festival.
ALCOHOL SALES ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT PERMITTED. NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC FROM FOOD BOOTHS WILL BE ALLOWED.

- Food Type: Please list everything on your menu that you would like to sell at the GrassRootsFestival. Certain items such as coffee, smoothies, lemonade, and bakery items are limied to specialty vendors. Our acceptance of your vending application may require exclusions of menu items.
