Finger Lakes GrassRoots 2025 Craft Vendor Application
About the application
This application is for craft vendor consideration for the 2025 Finger Lakes GrassRoots Festival, to be held July 17 - 20. A $25 application fee will be charged upon submission. PLEASE NOTE, once accepted, your card will be process for the full vending fee.
This fee includes: access to high speed internet on site, electricity at booth, two (2) 4-day tickets, tent camping space behind your booth or any other tent camping area, and one (1) vendor parking pass. You may purchase more vendor parking passes for $10 each and will have to purchase any additional tickets and camping at the going rate.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Selection process: The Arts and Crafts Committee will select 23 artists to participate. All work displayed must be consistent with the images submitted. The Festival will have on-site observers to insure compliance during the festival. Work not consistent with the images will be required to be removed. The Committee will use the following guidelines in selecting eligible participants. "Whether one of a kind or produced in quantity, all work should reflect excellence of design and craftsmanship. Work should be well conceived, expertly executed, and show a creative identity of design." The Arts and Crafts Committee reserves the right and responsibility to make final determinations as to the suitability of all work for inclusion into the show and the right to remove specific items or entire displays if deemed necessary.Tee shirts and other imprinted items must be printed by the artist with their original artwork. There are no items allowed imprinted with the word "Grassroots".
Spaces: Spaces will accommodate a 15 feet x 30 feet booth. Set up is outdoors in a large open space. Bring all your own display materials ( chairs, tables, etc. ), tarps and canopies (weights for canopies). Booths are the sole responsibility of the crafts vendor. Also, please indicate on your application if you have any special placement requests. We will do our best to accommodate those with special needs.
