About the application
Boulevardia will take place June 14th on Grand Boulevard at Crown Center 12pm-11pm. Makers Market vendors must operate all hours of the festival. Accepted vendors will be required to pay a $350 vendor fee for a 10x10 space. If you would like a 10 x 20 space please just select two 10 x 10 booths. Please note this is an application only. Accepted vendors will be notified via email. Once accepted to Boulevardia your credit card will be charged on May 1st. Makers must sell hand crafted goods, commercial vendors are not allowed in this space. Your booth fee DOES include standard power, WIFI, BLVDIA Website & Social Media Features. Your booth fee DOES NOT include a tent or any rental furniture. You have the option to rent 8ft tables below and purchase drink ticket packages at a discounted rate. If you would like to share your booth space with another business PLEASE ONLY FILL OUT ONE APPLICATION between both businesses and make a note of your booth mate in your application if you want both businesses promoted.

Terms & Conditions
The following items apply to all exhibitors unless specified in writing.• Exhibitors will be allowed to place other signs, banners, flags, etc., inside their area with the written approval of the BOULEVARDIA.• Boulevardia will provide a standard electrical outlet for all exhibitors. Exhibitors must provide their own lighting, extension cords and power strips.• Exhibitors will not be allowed to bring any food or beverage items onto the festival grounds for personal consumption without approval from BOULEVARDIA. No glass bottles or outside alcoholic beverages are allowed.• There will be designated areas for Makers Market booths. The BOULEVARDIA committee will make all final determinations regarding booth placement.• All fees will be nonrefundable, except at the sole discretion of BOULEVARDIA. BOULEVARDIA will provide security and trash removal throughout the event. Exhibitors will be expected to help keep the area around their booths clean and free of debris. As sustainability is at the core of BOULEVARDIA’s mission. We encourage all exhibitors to use eco-friendly packaging. We will have recycling instructions for you closer to festival dates.• Each exhibitor will be given SIX VENDOR PASSES per day for the purpose of permitting staff to gain entrance to the festival grounds.• Exhibitors will be expected to have their booths completely set up at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the festival. The festival grounds will be accessible June 13th at 9 a.m. prior to the start of the event. You are expected to remain open until close of the festival each day. You must load out on Saturday, June 14th after the festival closes. • Exhibitors will be told of drop-off sites for loading and unloading their wares, and locations to park vehicles during the event. Vehicles are not allowed on site during festival hours.• Exhibitors will be allowed to sell their items only to persons on the festival grounds.• Overnight security is provided but please use your discretion. BOULEVARDIA is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property.• Exhibitors are not allowed to use the BOULEVARDIA or any BOULEVARD brand names and/or logos on any merchandise unless approved by the BOULEVARDIA committee.• Exhibitors will comply with all local, city, and state rules and regulations. BOULEVARDIA will take place rain or shine. Exhibitors are responsible for charging the appropriate MO sales tax for their items, and reporting earnings to the Missouri Department of Revenue.
