Vendor Information: Sista Soul Fest Waterloo, IA
The Sista Soul Fest is designed to create a vibrant space for women—especially women of color—to showcase, sell, and celebrate their talents, gifts, and businesses. More than an event, it’s a sisterhood of Queens coming together to uplift, network, and inspire one another. This cultural experience is the first of its kind in the community, and we are thrilled to host this in Waterloo for the first time!

VENDOR TIMELINE:
Setup Time: 7:00 AM - 9:15 AM
Vendor Shop Networking Time: 9:15 AM - 10:15 AM
Breakdown Time: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
IMPORTANT NOTES:
This year, we are offering the convenience of payment plans for your vendor fee!
Payments will be streamlined, with no cash payments unless necessary.

Terms & Conditions
As a vendor of the 2025 Sista Soul Fest I will adhere to the following guidelines:
- I WILL respect all organizers and fellow SiStars and their individual businesses.
- I WILL leave my space as clean or better than it was prior to my use.
- I understand the Sista Soul Fest and their affiliates reserve ALL rights to any and all photos, video & audio obtained during the event to use at their discretion for use of advertisement, promotion, sponsorships, and all things Sista Soul Fest at any time.
- I understand that the Sista Soul Fest and their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lose or stolen, damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the festival.

| Community Organizations , Government Officials , Non Profits, etc | $50.00 | Non-refundable | Non-Refundable Deposit & Refund Policy: Please note that $50 of all vendor fees is non-refundable. After May 2, 2025, no refunds will be issued. Final Payments: All vendor fees must be submitted by May 31, 2025 to secure your spot. |
