Vendor Information: Sista Soul Fest Waterloo, IA
The Sista Soul Fest is designed to create a vibrant space for women—especially women of color—to showcase, sell, and celebrate their talents, gifts, and businesses. More than an event, it’s a sisterhood of Queens coming together to uplift, network, and inspire one another. This cultural experience is the first of its kind in the community, and we are thrilled to host this in Waterloo for the first time!

Setup Time: 7:00 AM - 9:15 AM
Vendor Shop Networking Time: 9:15 AM - 10:15 AM
Breakdown Time: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

This year, we are offering the convenience of payment plans for your vendor fee!
Payments will be streamlined, with no cash payments unless necessary.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
Vendors who violate these terms & conditions may be removed from the event without refund without the possibility of returning to future events.
HEALTH INSPECTION
All Special Event vendors are required to comply with the State of Iowa Public Health regulations governing the preparation, handling, and presentation of food. Prepared food vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permits required by the State of Iowa.
Please be aware that the policy for obtaining a food license for temporary events has changed. You must have your food license prior to the event. If you do not have a license in advance, you will be required to shut down your operation, completely fill out the application, and you cannot reopen until inspected and approved by the inspector.
Vendors are encouraged to contact the Waterloo City Clerk’s office of License & Permits at (319) 291-4323 with any questions or concerns regarding product regulations, licensing, and fees.
Sista Soul Fest is not responsible for health permits/inspections.
Coronavirus Guidelines
Vendors are expected to follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines regarding the COVID and safe handling of food as well as local rules and regulations. If you test positive for the coronavirus, think you may have been exposed (for example, you have had close contact with a person who is showing symptoms or who tested positive for the coronavirus), or if you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19, YOU MUST NOT ATTEND the event, and find someone to replace your position.
Follow CDC guidelines regarding when and how to safely attend an event after an exposure.. Vendors are encouraged to provide hand sanitizer at your booth for customer use. Vendors are encouraged to apply extra care to keep your booth clean, including use of sanitizing products regularly on frequently touched surfaces

Payment Deadlines * All vendor fees must be paid in full by June 13th, 2025. Application Process & Card-on-File Policy * To submit your vendor application, you must place a card on file. * Your card will NOT be charged during submission—this is simply to hold your spot. * After your application is submitted, please allow 1–2 business days to receive an invoice for your deposit and remaining balance. ❓ Need Help?
