About the event

Juneteenth signifies the end of slavery in the United States. Our theme for this year’s Celebration is “Harboring Hope: The power of Resilience”. Food trucks, live entertainment, vendors and more are incorporated to capture the essence behind the significance of this ground breaking holiday.

Terms & Conditions

If you need to cancel your spot at the event, you must do so no later than one week before the event.

 

*You will have to put in a credit card in order to submit your application. Please note, your credit card will not be charged upon application submission. You will see an option to select a preferred payment method on your application. The Special Events team will contact you before pushing through any credit card payments online. If you would like to pay by cash, check or credit card (Mastercard, American Express, Visa and Discover are accepted- there is a 2.75% fee for card usage) you can do so by coming into City Hall and making a payment at the Auditor's office (open M-F 8A-5P) or mailing payment to:

If you are sending in payments to City Hall, the amount due will be the flat rate for the pricing options you select. 

The fees that are attached in the total price are not to be included in payment unless you are paying online with a credit card through Eventeny. 
*Please do not submit payment until you receive confirmation your application has been approved.

 

Report Time:

Set-up Time:  1:00 PM – 4:00 pm (All setup must complete by 3:30 PM)

Teardown:  8:00pm 

To ensure safety,we do not permit anyone to leave prior to 8:00pm.

 

Trash:

Please discard any materials/leftovers you may have. A large dumpster will be on-site to dispose of any unwanted items.

 

Where to report:

You will need to report to the red and white tent located at the Senior Center Lot. You will need to sign in to receive your assigned space. To maximize community exposure and secure safety, there will not be any vendor display set up after 3:30PM. 

 

Parking: 

Sponsor/Vendor parking will be available at the lot directly across the street from the event parking lot. Further directions will be provided upon check-in.

 

Set-up:

Upon check-in you will be able to unload your car prior to parking. Volunteers will be available to assist with unloading. Sponsors tables will be pre-selected and vendor tables are on a first come first serve basis.

 

What to bring:

·1 (one) Pop up tent with weights 
All tents must be weighted. No exceptions.

·Table and Chairs

·Supplies and items to distribute to the community.

Personal speakers

Food distribution may only be provided by the designated food vendors.
