2025 Craft Vendor Application

Know Other Festival is looking for vendors from all walks of life, a variety of products to bring to our community. Vendor placement will be determined upon final programming and venue mapping. To apply all participants must be 21 years of age or older.

Know Other Festival places diversity, inclusion and empowerment at the forefront of our goals. With a focus on wellness within the LQBTQ community and uplift individuals to become the best version of themselves. Know Other Festival is a 4-day, 3-night camping festival encompassing wellness workshops, special events, live performances, opportunities for healing and connection. A beautiful showcase of queer vendors, all within a safe space to be together in nature.

Our goal is to give our community a chance to evolve outside of nightlife by creating other safe space options.

By filling out this form, you are aware that vendors will be prepared for their vendor set up, and represent themselves and Know Other Festival with respect, authentic professionalism, a can-do attitude and uphold our 10 principles of:

Our beautiful new location offers walking trails with expansive desert views of the Jacumba Hot Springs landscape— be surrounded by nature around every turn. Amenities include showers, restrooms, drinkable water onsite, pool activities, as well as multiple fields, entertainment, food and craft vendors, and space for our growing community.

Food Vendors will receive for (2) two Vendor Fee Options: 

1. $650 Vendor Fee: 10’ x 20’ vendor space, (3) vendor tickets to the festival (additional tickets can be purchased at 50% discount), camping spot to include: tent / car / van camping pass, (3) parking passes,  Wi-Fi, early access.
2. $400 Vendor Fee: 10’ x 10’ vendor space, (2) vendor tickets to the festival (additional tickets can be purchased at 50% discount), camping spot to include: tent / car / van camping pass, (2) parking passes,  Wi-Fi, early access. 

PLEASE NOTE: Vendor(s) are responsible for power (generator and or power bank), lighting and shading of their vendor booth. Additional items to be offered for rental at an additional price. We cannot guarantee all vendor applicants. All selected candidates will be required to have a 1:1 meeting with our vendor lead prior to completing the Know Other Festival Agreement. Payment is due within 14 days of contracting and finalized no later than 3 weeks prior to the event date. 

Social Media Information:
Acknowledgement to engage, share, post of pre-festival social media blitz on behalf of Know Other Festival. Social Media kits will be provided by Marketing upon Vendor Agreement. 

Terms and Conditions:
Vendors are required to set up any and all required facilities or items on the following date and time: 

Date for Setup: Wednesday, May 7, 2025 between 8am - 2 pm PST

Vendor(s) are responsible to unload and set up their booth during this window of time. Programming for vendors and sponsors will occur in the evening of May 7th. 

Vendor shall be responsible for maintaining the space provided by the Organizer in a clean and orderly manner. Vendors shall be responsible for all trash removal at the close of each Event Day and at the completion of the Event. If the Vendor does not keep the space clean, the Organizer may undertake the cleaning services and charge Vendor the amount needed.

The goods/services listed herein are the only goods/services permitted to be sold through Vendor at the Event. Vendor hereby warrants that the goods/services being sold are of the utmost quality and are safe and legal to be sold under all applicable state and federal laws.
