Thank you for your interest in the Lavender Festival! This is a one day event held on the grounds of Barrington Hall in Roswell, GA.
Event Date and Times: June 7, 2025 | 10AM-5PM
Set Up: June 7, 2025 | 7:30AM-9:30AM
Tear down/Load Out: June 7, 2025 | 5:15PM-7:15PM
This is a long-standing beloved annual event in Roswell. The Lavender Festival, hosted at historic Barrington Hall in downtown Roswell, is an intimate arts and crafts show for the local community with a focus on history, homeopathic products and goods, arts and crafts, and overall wellness. Food trucks, entertainment, and music will be available.
The festival is open for free to the general public.
This application is for artists, makers, crafters, plants, jams/jellies etc.
It is not a FOOD TRUCK, popsicle, snow cone, drink, or SPONSOR application. Please do not apply with these items. Your application fee will not be refunded.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Requirements:
- Must have a 10’ x 10’ White top, straight leg canopy. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Must provide your own product, display material, and way of accepting payments.
- Responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying local and state taxes.
- Proper tent weights are required to set up. This means 160 pounds of professional weight per tent. 40 lbs of professional weight are required for each tent leg. You may not use cinder blocks, cat litter, or plastic sandbags (they must be inside of professional weight bags). NO EXCEPTIONS
- Any tablecloths lining your tables must be four-sided, floor length.
Load in:
Load in is day of the event. You will MOST LIKELY be able to drive up to your booth to unload as well as load out, however the venue may opt out on this. So apply knowing there’s a chance you will need to dolly in. More details will be sent out 1 week prior to the event.
Rain or Shine Event:
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS, rain dates, or transfers. This is a rain or shine event. If the event has to close early or is unable to happen for ANY reason, there will be no refunds. If you choose to cancel for any reason, there will be no refunds.
Prohibited Items:
This event is for handmade items only. The venue would like to see lavender themed items. Therefore, preference will be given to makers that apply with such. However, this is not a requirement for acceptance.
Electricity:
Electricity is not provided, and generators are not allowed. If you need electricity, it must be battery operated only.

Applications will be approved on a rolling basis.

| Single booth | $145.00 | Non-refundable | Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. You must set up completely with in your booth. Do not set up outside of your 10' x 10' space. All booths are outside. If you require more space, order more than one booth. |
| Corner Booth 10' x 10' | SOLD OUT | Non-refundable | Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep with at least one open corner. Do not put signage or displays outside of your booth on the front of the booth. You may do so on the corner. |
