Non-Profit/Activity Application

Curated by Citizens Bank of Edmond, Heard on Hurd (HoH) is an exciting monthly food truck and music festival in the US. Every 3rd Saturday March-October, thousands of attendees venture into the heart of Edmond, Oklahoma. Each month features over 70 food trucks, pop-up shops, non-profits, local shopping, local food, and three live bands.     

This application is for non-profit and activity vendors for our 2025 season. There is no fee for non-profits who are giving out free items or free activities. If you charge for your activity, please apply as a retail vendor. Vendors do best when they have an activity or give away to attract attendees. Partisan or political organizations are not allowed.  

By applying, you agree to the Legal Terms and Media Release. 

We have more vendors than spots available, so applying does not guarantee participation. We will inform you if you are selected or placed on a waitlist. 

All vendors are responsible for their entire booth set up. (e.g. tables, chairs, extension cords, displays, signs etc.) Free Wi-Fi is provided but is not
guaranteed.

Electricity will not be available for vendors. Generators must be used.

Setup for vendors begins at 4pm on the day of event. All vendors must be present by 5pm. Any vendors not present by 5pm will not be allowed to participate.

We request that non-profits have some activity to interest guests, other than just asking for donations or handing our information.
