Food Truck Application

Camp Leavenworth will occur September 26th & 27th at Leavenworth Landing Park in Leavenworth, KS. Accepted food vendors will be required to pay a vendor fee of 10% of sales to Camp Leavenworth.  If your power exceeds 20 AMPS, there is an additional fee for electricity. Local LV Food Trucks Vendor Fee: $125Non-Local Food Trucks Vendor Fee: $250 You must have a Leavenworth, KS current Mobile Food Vendor and Health permit or apply and receive a temporary permit to operate at the festival.
 
Please note this is an application ONLY.  Accepted vendors will be notified no later than September 1st. Once accepted to Camp Leavenworth, your credit card will be charged. Vendors are selected based on the variety of menus, the overall look of set up, and festival/event experience. Please note that once your application to vend at the festival has been approved, all fees are non-refundable.

2025 Camp Leavenworth Food Vendor Guidelines:
The following items apply to all vendors unless specified otherwise in writing. • Vendors will supply Camp Leavenworth with a list of all items intended for sale or display at the festival. Camp Leavenworth has the right to disallow any item or items from being available at the festival. It is necessary to list all food items you intend to sell on the electric form provided.• Vendors are  ALLOWED to sell beverages. But NO alcoholic beverages.• There will not be a designated parking area for refrigerated trucks. All refrigerated trucks will not be parked inside the grounds. All trucks MUST be off-site by 10 a.m. Sunday, September 28th. Property owners will tow any remaining vehicles or trucks.• There will be designated areas for food vendor booths. Camp Leavenworth will decide on booth placement. You MUST adhere to load-in and load-out times.• Camp Leavenworth will occur rain or shine; all fees are nonrefundable. • Vendors will be expected to have their booths completely set up at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the festival each day. • Vendors can only sell their items to persons on the festival grounds.• Camp Leavenworth retains the right to disallow access to any vendor or employee if their dress is inappropriate.• Vendors are NOT ALLOWED to bring in alcoholic beverages. Vendors will not be allowed to consume any alcoholic beverages while working at the festival. Vendors will comply with all local, city, and state health and liquor control rules and regulations. Vendors will supply all necessary items, etc., to accomplish these goals, including but not limited to fire extinguishers.• Grease disposal is the responsibility of the vendor and must be disposed of properly, in accordance with Health Department and EPA standards.• Vendors are asked to respect the festival grounds. Please place temporary flooring if using grease or other products that can leave marks on the grounds.• Camp Leavenworth management is responsible for public safety. If the grounds need to be evacuated for any reason, such as weather or another unforeseen incident. Vendors must comply with Camp Leavenworth management decisions and must stop selling immediately if told to do so by Camp Leavenworth Management• INSURANCE – All vendors must provide Camp Leavenworth with a certificate of insurance that lists Camp Leavenworth as additionally insured under a $1 million general liability insurance policy. Email info@campleavenworth.com.• Camp Leavenworth will provide each vendor with power. Food vendors MUST provide all electrical needs to the festival. If your power exceeds 20 AMPS, there is an additional fee for electricity.• If you do not have a yearly health permit with Leavenworth, KS, you must fill out a temporary health permit and turn it in with fees directly to the KS Health Department.
