About the event

The City of Wood Dale welcomes the community to join us for the Sounds of Summer and Cruise Nights Car Shows in Wood Dale this summer season. While we invite citizens to pack a picnic and lawn chairs for an evening of outdoor music and car shows, we also want to offer food and crafts from vendors to provide a robust experience. There is a deposit required, which will be refunded after the event. The deposit will be revoked for no-shows without communication by 11 a.m. on the event day. If there are multiple cancellations or no-shows, you will not be welcome to participate in City events. All cars, trucks, motorcycles, and vehicle clubs are welcome! Food is available for purchase. Outside coolers are welcome. You must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol. When is the Sounds of Summer/Cruise Nights held? Events are held at Commercial St. & Wood Dale Rd. Carshows Begin at • 5:00 pm Concerts Begin at • 7:00 PM Events end at • 9:00 pm

Prices

Deposit Fee $100.00 Cancelations are no fun for anyone. The City will inform all vendors of any cancellations or delays by 11 a.m. on the day of the event. This is usually based on inclement weather. In turn, we require all vendors to provide a deposit to attend and participate. If the City is not informed by the vendor of a change in schedule or cancelation by 11 a.m. the day of the event, the City will retain the deposit. The deposit will be refundable after the event occurs and no issues arise. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and electricity.
