Join us for a weekend full of fall fun at Wildside Winery’s Pumpkin Festival on Saturday, October 11th (12-7 PM) and Sunday, October 12th (12-5 PM)! Celebrate the season with all the best autumn has to offer, right here in our vineyard.

Vendor Terms & Conditions for Wildside Winery Pumpkin Festival 2025
By applying to be a vendor at the Wildside Winery Pumpkin Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Event Details
Dates: Saturday, October 11th (12 PM - 7 PM) & Sunday, October 12th (12 PM - 5 PM)
Location: Wildside Winery, 5500 Troy Pike, Versailles, KY
Setup: Begins at 9:00 AM on Saturday. Vendors must be fully set up by 11:30 AM.
Teardown: Vendors may begin teardown at 5:00 PM on Sunday. Early teardown is not permitted.
Vendor Guidelines
Vendor Space:
Spaces will be assigned by Wildside Winery staff.
Vendors will select their spot upon arrival from available options.
Provided Equipment:
Wildside Winery does not provide tables, chairs, or tents. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own equipment.
Setup & Clean-Up:
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized space during the event.
All trash and materials must be removed by the vendor at the end of the event.
Liability:
Wildside Winery is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. Vendors are responsible for securing their own items and equipment.
Application & Fees
Vendor fees are non-refundable within 30 days of the event unless the event is canceled by Wildside Winery.
Prohibited Activities
Vendors may not sell illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate items.
Wildside Winery reserves the right to ask vendors to remove items deemed unsuitable for the event.
By submitting your application, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund. Thank you for being part of the Wildside Winery Pumpkin Festival! 🎃
