Vendor Terms & Conditions for the Wildside Winery Harvest Festival
By applying to be a vendor at the Wildside Winery Harvest Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Event Details
Dates: Saturday, October 4th (12 PM - 7 PM) & Sunday, October 5th (12 PM - 5 PM)
Location: Wildside Winery, 5500 Troy Pike, Versailles, KY
Setup: Begins at 9:00 AM on Saturday. Vendors must be fully set up by 11:30 AM.
Teardown: Vendors may begin teardown at 5:00 PM on Sunday. Early teardown is not permitted.
Vendor Guidelines
Vendor Space:
Spaces will be designated by Wildside Winery.
Upon arrival, vendors may choose their space from available options.
Provided Equipment:
Wildside Winery does not provide tables, chairs, or tents. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup.
Setup & Clean-Up:
Vendors must maintain a clean and organized space throughout the event.
All trash must be removed by the vendor at the end of the event.
Application & Fees
Any solicitations outside this platform are fraudulent and should be reported.
Prohibited Activities
Vendors are prohibited from selling illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate items.
Wildside Winery reserves the right to ask vendors to remove items deemed unsuitable for the event.
By submitting your application, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. Thank you for helping us create a memorable Harvest Festival!
