Handmade at the Armory 2025

Dear Crafters, 

Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Handmade at the Armory taking place March 28-29, 2025. This event will take place at the National Guard Readiness Center, 2676 Conrad Ln, Burlington, Ky. This event is Handmade only, no direct sales will be accepted. This event is indoors and will take place Rain or Shine. 

Event Particulars 

Event hours will be Friday 6-9p; Saturday 10-3. Set up can begin as early as 4 pm on Friday. (If more time is needed please notify Mandy). As this event is indoors please bring carts or wheels to transport your booth setup to your space. Soldiers may be available to help but we won't know until closer to the show. 

A silent auction is hosted to benefit the 2061st MRBC unit who work out of the Armory. You may donate to the silent auction if you so choose. If you decide to donate to the auction, we ask that items are dropped off or available for pick up 2 weeks before the show to mitigate day of chaos. Donations worth a minimum of $20 enters you into a raffle to win a free booth at next year's show. More details to follow. 

Booth Fees 

10x10-Gym- $75 

4x6- Hallway $50 

Food Trucks- $75 

Limited Electric will be available for $30. Booth spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis as applications and booth fees are accepted. Due to limited space, a limit of one 10x10 and 2 4x6 spaces is in place.

-Phone reception is not reliable in the building and WiFi is not available.

-Each vendor is responsible for paying Kentucky Sales Tax. 

-Vendors are responsible for removing all items from booth space, including the removal of all trash.

-If a vendor must cancel for any reason, please alert the management team as soon as possible, booth fee refunds are at the discretion of the management team. No refunds will be offered after March 15, 2025. 

-All vendors are required to follow the current state government mandates concerning Covid-19 on the weekend of the event. 

**No vendor may create a separate event from the original coordinator hosted event. The creation of multiple event pages creates confusion, an outlet for scammers, and draws interest away from the original, active event page. If discovered, coordinators reserve the right to remove the business from the show with no refund and no possibility to return to future shows.
