Thank you for your interest in applying to perform at our Main Street Festivals.
We’re currently seeking live entertainers of all types to appear on our Main Stage, Acoustic Stage, Busker’s Corner, and as street performers during our upcoming festivals.

As a nonprofit organization, our festivals are free for the community to attend. Because of this, we are not able to offer payment to entertainers. We are, however, deeply grateful to the artists who generously donate their time and talent to make these events possible. In recognition of your contribution, performers receive:

• Promotion on our event website and social media channels

• The opportunity to perform before 100,000+ festival attendees

• Association with one of the region’s largest and most recognized community celebrations

We understand and respect that paid opportunities are important to many artists, and while our current model doesn’t allow for compensation, we are committed to continuing to explore ways to expand opportunities and support for performers in the future.

PumpkinFest Performance Terms & Conditions

If you are selected to perform at the festival, these are the terms. In exchange for the following mutual consideration and promises, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: 

1. Place, Date, and Time of Performance
   The Performer agrees to appear at PumpkinFest on October 25, 2025, during the time slot assigned by the Heritage Foundation of Williamson County (“Foundation”). Performer shall arrive no later than twenty (20) minutes prior to the scheduled start time and shall check in with the stage manager. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the performance slot. Parking is available in designated festival lots on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Performance Requirements
   Performances will be thirty (30) or forty-five (45) minutes as assigned. Performances must conclude at the scheduled time, regardless of delays caused by weather, technical, or other unforeseen circumstances. Performer shall refrain from profanity, sexual innuendo, and political statements. Performer shall provide all technical requirements to the Foundation no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event.
3. Stage Assignments
   - Main Stage (Public Square): Equipped for full band performances. Performer must provide all ¼-inch instrument cables.
   - Acoustic Stage: Limited to two (2)–three (3) performers. Drum sets are prohibited. Stage equipped with four (4) inputs (two DIs and two vocal microphones). Performer must provide all ¼-inch instrument cables.
   - Buskers Corner: Solo acts only. Equipped with Bose L1 Model 1S system (one microphone and one instrument input).
4. Sound Levels
   Sound amplification levels are subject to the sole discretion of the Foundation and/or its contracted sound technicians.
5. Consideration
   Performer acknowledges that no monetary compensation shall be provided. Consideration for this Agreement shall be limited to the opportunity to perform at the Festival and promotional exposure provided by the Foundation.
