Non-Food Vendor > 2025 Health Fair : Feb 20th

• Booth - Each booth is an 8x8 size, only 2 chairs are provided. Larger booth rentals are available through multiple booth rental.

• Set up Time: 12p-2:30pm – PLEASE NOTE: Vendors will not be allowed to set up after 2:30pm. We have a huge amount of participants that flood the hallways 30 minutes before the event. PLAN ACCORDINGLY!We also want to be set up and ready to go right at 3pm. It doesn’t look the greatest when vendors are showing up after the event start. Please be respectful of your fellow vendors and participants. BE ON TIME!

• What you need: YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN TABLE! We will provide you with 2 chairs and a booth space. We do not have tables for vendors. We just don’t have enough. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY!

• Parking: We ask that all vendors pull into the Sherwood parking lot behind the Schererville Community Center. You may unload your vehicle first and place in your space. We ask vendors to allow more parking for the participants because if there isn’t any parking they won’t stop in.

• Raffle Prize Donation:  Please make sure that you drop off your raffle prize donation at the front counter BEFORE the Health Fair Begins. You will be dropping off with Kristen, Kim, Irene, Karley or myself (Josh). Please note: If we do not receive a raffle prize donation from you then you will not be invited back next year. We utilize the FREE raffle items as a way to drive patrons to the event AND it’s not fair that others are giving raffles and you are not. So please DO YOUR PART! 
  • Raffle Protocol:  We created a system last year that drove participants to your booths and we are doing it again this year. Each participant that wants to enter into the FREE RAFFLE will receive a BINGO CARD when they arrive. The participant must fill the entire BINGO card before they can enter into the raffle. The bingo card will have a minimum of 9 spaces, (we may add more since there are so many of you.) You will be given a stamp to stamp each participant’s card after they see you. Use this to your advantage, don’t just stamp it because they looked at you lol. 

• Be Kind:  At all our events we really try to promote a positive, drama-less, atmosphere. Please be kind and respectful to one another. I know it’s crazy that I actually have to state this but it has happened. Irene and I will not tolerate any vendors badgering one another or participants. There is a good chance your competition will be at this event, so healthy friendly competition lol. 

• Food Demos, Taste Testing, Unique demonstrations: If you are a vendor that is offering a unique piece to your booth please connect with me on any special requirements you may have.

There will also be FREE COFFEE AND HEALTHY SNACKS! 

Waiver & Release Of All ClaimsI, the participant in this event/program, recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury and I agree and assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages or loss which the participant (s) may sustain as a result of participating in all activities connected with or associated with such program.  I, the participant in this event/program, agree to waive and relinquish all claims that I or the participants may have as a result of participating in the programs against the above named entity and its agents, officers, servants, and employees. I, the participant in this event/program agree to fully release and discharge the above named and its officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims for injuries, including death, damage or loss which I or any participants may have or which occur to me or the participants on account of participation in the above programs.  I, the participant in this event/program further agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the above named entity and its officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages, and/or losses sustained by the participants and arising out of, connecting with, or in any way associated with the activities of the above programs. I have read and fully understand the above program details and I fully understand that “This is a release of all claims”.

I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the Health & Wellness Fair and/or Heart-Full Health Fair 2025.  I am applying to participate as a vendor.  I will follow the rules and regulations and if I do not adhere to all regulations or if I misrepresent myself, or the item I am selling, I will be asked to leave with no refund.
